Suggested Blog Post: Watch food journalist Michael Pollan’s commentary on grocery stores, nature, and corn (from the beginning until minute 15) and read blogger Beth Bader’s post on Happy Meal ingredients. Then keep a food diary for a day. If you are what you eat, what are you made of (you don’t need to get too technical)? And what do you think your food says about you? Make sure you also post a comment to your colleague’s post and respond to a comment to your post.
